Shab e Yalda

'Shab-e Yalda', celebrated on 21 December, has great significance in the Iranian calendar. It is the eve of the birth of Mithra, the Sun God, who symbolised light, goodness and strength on earth. Shab-e Yalda is a time of joy.

…this year your UMPS will host shab e yalda party in the glamorous Olive Restaurant (under new management) and would like to proudly invite you for a night of joy.
The House Dj will perform live Persian dance music. Delicious Persian meal, fruits, nuts and soft drinks will be served. More drinks (soft/alcoholic) will be available at the bar.
